2025 Online Player Registration

All users are requested to select Returning or New at the bottom of page to register. 

⚠️ For Players 18 & Under:
When selecting membership type for a player 18 years of age or under, please select the correct category that corresponds to your child's ACTUAL AGE—not the age group they will be playing in.

It’s essential to choose the correct actual age and the appropriate registration type.
If you are uncertain about which registration type to select, please contact the BHC Secretary prior to proceeding. Errors in selection may result in incorrect registration or unforeseen additional fees, which cannot be refunded.

What Fees Will I Pay?

The fees paid through this portal include:
✅ Hockey Australia Membership & Insurance
✅ Hockey NSW Registration Fee
✅ Southern Highlands Hockey (SHHI) Individual Player Levy

📌 Important: The above fees are mandatory for all players. No player will be permitted to take the field until they are registered and have paid both Hockey NSW and SHHI fees prior to playing.

You may also choose to pay for:
✅ Bowral Junior Full Fees or Bowral Senior Full Fees at the time of registration.

📌📌 Note: If a junior player is named in a senior team, they will be required to pay the senior club fee instead of the junior club fee.

Club Fees

If you select ONLY the Hockey NSW Registration & SHHI Player Levy, your Bowral Club Player Fees will be invoiced separately.

However, to help reduce administrative time, we’d greatly appreciate if club fees are paid at the time of registration.

2025 APPROVED ACTIVE KIDS PROVIDER

Bowral Hockey Club is an Approved Active Kids Provider for 2025!

Parents of school-aged children may redeem a NSW Government Active Kids Voucher (if eligible) and use it towards their fees, including Bowral Junior Player Fees.

How to Redeem:

✅ If you are applying your voucher during registration, ensure you select the full club fee option. The voucher will be deducted from the mandatory Hockey Australia, Hockey NSW & SHHI player registration & insurance fee.

✅ If you have not applied your voucher to the mandatory fee, you will need to email your voucher to secretarybowralhockeyclub@gmail.com for manual redemption.

✅ If applying manually, select the BHC Team Fee (Active Kids Applied) option during registration. This will invoice you the BHC team fee minus $50.

Important Note:

If you select the incorrect club fee (where it says "Active Kids Applied") but have already used your voucher for the mandatory fee, we will invoice you for the extra fee.
