BMRC has obtained a spot with Bunnings for their fundraising BBQ in Belconnen.  This can raise a lot of money for the club. We got this date as we were on the cancelation list and another club pulled out; these opportunities are not easy to find.

We need about 12-14 people throughout the day...we have to run the bbq for a minimum number of hours 9.00-4.00)

Bunnings have this down to a fine art, so they make things very easy for us, with quantity, setup and cleanup  checklists etc. The club Secretary has the detail and will forward to whoever agrees to coordinate.
