Registration

This page is for you to register with Bendigo Senjuns Hockey Club and Hockey Victoria / Hockey Australia. 

This will allow you to play for our club in Victoria and be covered by insurance should you get injured.

Players must register with Hockey Victoria before training and playing.

Coaches, officials and volunteers (ie. Committee members) are also required to register with Hockey Victoria. The club will be able to access important details such as your contact details and emergency contacts from this information.

If you are transferring to our club from another club in the HCV association, DO NOT register with our club directly. You need to register with your previous club first and contact them to arrange a transfer to Bendigo Senjuns through RevSport. Then you can register with our club dually.

If you owe any fees to our club, we will NOT approve a transfer for you to another club.  

FULL MEMBERSHIP

1. Go to: https://www.revolutionise.com.au/bjhc/registration.

2. Click ‘Returning Member’ button if you have registered with Hockey Victoria in the past. Click ‘New Member’ button if you are new to playing hockey with Hockey Victoria.

Note: If you are transferring to our club from another club in the HCV association, DO NOT register with our club directly. You need to register with your previous club first and contact them to arrange a transfer to Bendigo Senjuns through RevSport. Then you can register with our club dually. Please know that if you owe any fees to our club, we will NOT approve a transfer for you to another club.  

3. Select ‘Full Membership’ (full year).

4. Choose the category you require. You will be able to choose all categories to play except the 3x casual categories (Category X, Z and ZA). This will charge you the compulsory Hockey Australia fee, the compulsory Hockey Victoria fee, and the relevant club fees.

5. Pay the required fees online (only option).

6. The club will be notified via email that your registration has been completed.

FULL MEMBERSHIP - PAYMENT PLAN

You must have communicated with the club Treasurer Mark and payment plan endorsed prior to registering.

1. Go to: https://www.revolutionise.com.au/bjhc/registration.

2. Click ‘Returning Member’ button if you have registered with Hockey Victoria in the past. Click ‘New Member’ button if you are new to playing hockey with Hockey Victoria.

Note: If you are transferring to our club from another club in the HCV association, DO NOT register with our club directly. You need to register with your previous club first and contact them to arrange a transfer to Bendigo Senjuns through RevSport. Then you can register with our club dually. Please know that if you owe any fees to our club, we will NOT approve a transfer for you to another club.  

3. Select ‘Full Membership’ (full year).

4. Choose the category you require:
- If are playing as a Senior player under a payment plan, choose Category B.
- If you are playing as a junior in the U8/U10 comp under a payment plan, choose Category F.
- If you are playing under a payment plan in the U12/U14/U16/U18 comp, choose Category H.
- If are playing as a Senior player but also taking on an Officials role (ie. umpire) under a payment plan, choose Category J.
- If are playing as a Junior player but also taking on an Officials role (ie. umpire) under a payment plan, choose Category L.
- If you are playing as a Junior (18yrs or under) but playing in the Seniors comp, choose Category ZD.

This will charge you the compulsory Hockey Australia fee and the compulsory Hockey Victoria fee. You will not be charged club fees at this time.

5. Pay the required fees online.

6. The club will be notified via email that your registration has been completed.

7. You will need to pay your club fees directly to the club as per your endorsed Payment Plan.

CASUAL PLAYER - 5 GAME MEMBERSHIP

1. Go to: https://www.revolutionise.com.au/bjhc/registration.

2. Click ‘Returning Member’ button if you have registered with Hockey Victoria in the past. Click ‘New Member’ button if you are new to playing hockey with Hockey Victoria.

Note: If you are transferring to our club from another club in the HCV association, DO NOT register with our club directly. You need to register with your previous club first and contact them to arrange a transfer to Bendigo Senjuns through RevSport. Then you can register with our club dually. Please know that if you owe any fees to our club, we will NOT approve a transfer for you to another club.  

3. Select ‘Game Membership’ (5 rounds).

4. Choose the category you require. You will only be able to choose from:
- Category X: casual player in Senior comp
- Category Z: casual player in U8/U10 comp
- Category ZA: casual player in U12/U14/U16/U18 comp

This will charge you the compulsory Hockey Australia fee, compulsory Hockey Victoria fee, and club fees for 5x games (not the whole season). Pay the required fees online (only option).

Note: You can only play 5 games under this registration. Once you have played all 5 games, you will need to renew your registration to continue playing with our club.

5. The club will be notified via email that your registration has been completed.

CASUAL PLAYER IN THE SENIOR COMP - PAY AS YOU GO

1. Go to: https://www.revolutionise.com.au/bjhc/registration.

2. Click ‘Returning Member’ button if you have registered with Hockey Victoria in the past. Click ‘New Member’ button if you are new to playing hockey with Hockey Victoria.

Note: If you are transferring to our club from another club in the HCV association, DO NOT register with our club directly. You need to register with your previous club first and contact them to arrange a transfer to Bendigo Senjuns through RevSport. Then you can register with our club dually. Please know that if you owe any fees to our club, we will NOT approve a transfer for you to another club.  

3. Select ‘Full Membership’ (full year).

4. Choose Category Y: playing as a Senior player casually.

This will charge you the compulsory Hockey Australia fee and the compulsory Hockey Victoria fee (unless you also play for another club and have already paid these for the year). You will not be charged club fees at this time. Pay the required fees online (only option).

5. The club will be notified via email that your registration has been completed.

6. You will need to pay your club fees to the club via bank transfer (preferred) or cash to the Team Manager before stepping onto the pitch for the game. This is $25 per game.

MASTERS COMPETITION

The Masters competition (35yrs+) is run by HCV. You need to register with a local club within the HCV association to be able to then individually confirm participation & pay the season fee for the HCV Masters competition you wish to play in. 
 
If you want to play in the HCV Masters comp PLUS for Senjuns in the Senior competition

1. Go to: https://www.revolutionise.com.au/bjhc/registration.

2. Click ‘Returning Member’ button if you have registered with Hockey Victoria in the past. Click ‘New Member’ button if you are new to playing hockey with Hockey Victoria.

3. Select ‘Full Membership’ (full year).

4. Choose Category A. This will charge you the compulsory Hockey Australia fee, the compulsory Hockey Victoria fee, and club fees.

5. The club will be notified via email that your registration has been completed.

6. You then need to register to play in the HCV Masters competition: https://www.revolutionise.com.au/hockeycentralv/events/234392/.

7. Pay the required Masters playing fee.

If you want to play in the HCV Masters comp but DO NOT want to also play for Senjuns in their Senior competition

1. Go to: https://www.revolutionise.com.au/bjhc/registration.

2. Click ‘Returning Member’ button if you have registered with Hockey Victoria in the past. Click ‘New Member’ button if you are new to playing hockey with Hockey Victoria.

3. Choose Category ZE. This will charge you the compulsory Hockey Australia fee and the compulsory Hockey Victoria fee. No club fees will be charged.

4. The club will be notified via email that your registration has been completed.
 
5. You then need to register to play in the HCV Masters competition: https://www.revolutionise.com.au/hockeycentralv/events/234392/.  
 
6. Pay the required fee.
 
If you want to play in the HCV Masters comp as a CASUAL PLAYER but DO NOT want to also play for Senjuns in their Senior competition

1. Go to: https://www.revolutionise.com.au/bjhc/registration.

2. Click ‘Returning Member’ button if you have registered with Hockey Victoria in the past. Click ‘New Member’ button if you are new to playing hockey with Hockey Victoria.

3. Choose Category ZE. This will charge you the compulsory Hockey Australia fee and the compulsory Hockey Victoria fee. No club fees will be charged.

4. The club will be notified via email that your registration has been completed.
 
5. You then need to register to play in the HCV Masters competition as a casual player individually for each week that you intend to play: https://www.revolutionise.com.au/hockeycentralv/classes/list

6. Pay the required fee - $12 per casual game.

Note: if you later choose to commit to the full season, you will charged a slightly discounted rate of $10 per game overall. 

If you had already registered with us to play Masters for the 2024 comp (earlier in 2024), you would have paid your HV/HA fee (as you need to) but you have also been charged club fees from us. For those in this situation, you can request a reimbursement of the club fees you have paid to our club.
