Information, overview and rules.

• This is a 5k handicap event, open to all financial members of Berrinba Runners Inc.
• If you would like to participate and be in with a chance to be awarded a medal, please head to our registration page and first register as a member.
• Each participant will nominate a goal time to complete a 5k course. 
• Participant's goal time will be reviewed and agreed by the coaches based on your previous performance.
• Participants start times will be staggered based on their goal times.  This will allow for participants to finish together.
• The top three (3) finishers will be awarded a medal.
• There will be both a male and female category.
