Northern Galaxy Trials - 2025

Thank you for your interest in playing for Northern Galaxy in 2025!

This form is information regarding grading for all the following teams/age groups:

Sapphires (U8 - U11) and Junior (U12 - U18/20) teams in preparation for the 2025 Season.

We encourage all Sapphire and Junior players, new or returning to attend both grading days.

Grading not only helps the club to assess the general level our players and their ability, and it also assists us to prepare in regard to player numbers and divisions/grading. 

Sapphires will be graded into teams of similar ability.

The club will also be grading any interested players for G10 Junior Development League (JDL). 

Junior teams will be graded into teams based on football ability. 

Diamond League (DL) is Division 1 of community football for the Junior Competition whilst Junior Development League (JDL) is Division 1 of the Sapphires competition.

Northern Galaxy will be grading for Diamond League in the following age groups;

• G12DL
• G16DL 

A final decision on whether teams will be entered into the Diamond League or JDL competition will be made after grading is completed. If we do not enter the above age groups into Diamond League or JDL the selected teams will play in the Division 2 competition.

Both Diamond League and Junior Development League teams will train twice a week. There may be additional cost involved with being in a Diamond League or Junior Development League team

Sunday 10th & Sunday 24th November 2024 @ Asquith Boys High School
