Berowra FC will be holding trials for our 2025 Cobra Academy teams for players who will play Under 8 - Under 11 years in 2025.
Junior Development League (JDL), is aimed to improve development opportunities for players and coaches within local football clubs.
JDL players are required to attend 2 training sessions per week with training commencing in February and finishing at the end of the winter season. There will also be several trial games in the lead up to the season as well as training in school holidays.
There are additional coaching costs associated with this program on top of the normal player registration, these are invoiced at between $550-$600 per player however please note that these costs could increase for 2025.
Trials for the Berowra FC Academy (Under 8, 9, 10 and 11) will be held at Asquith Boys High School on the oval (NOT on the astro turf field). Children should attend both trial dates:
- Thursday 14th November
- Thursday 21st November
Under 8 and Under 9 players - Register at 4:30pm - Trials will be from 4:45pm - 5:45pm
Under 10 and Under 11 players - Register at 5:30pm - Trials will be from 5:45pm - 6:45pm.
Trials are open to all players eligible in to play in U8- U11, everyone is welcome but registration is essential.
Please note that these trials are for JDL teams only, all other community teams will trial in February 2025.
