Refund requests for a FULL refund registration fees close on the 25th of May, (Minus Admin fee of $30), unless you are claiming Football NSW Insurance.
How to Request a Refund
1. You must de-register to receive a refund of your registration fees - Guidelines to de-register
2. Advise the club registrar - Registrar@berowrafc.org.au & to provide your bank details so we can action a refund.
3. Advise your team manager & age group coordinator so they can remove you from the team.
Important Information regarding De-registrations
- A player cannot register with another club until the de-registration has been approved by BFC and also has 2nd-level approval from NSFA, which can take up to 7 days.

Active Kids Vouchers cannot be refunded for cash, they can however be transferred to another Active Kids Provider.

Why must the de-registration be completed by May 31st to get a full refund? This is the cutoff date set by Football NSW. On this date, BFC will be billed for Football NSW, Football Australia & the NSFA components for any Active players in PlayFootball. Therefore any players not de-registered fully by May 31st will have these portions of the fee deducted from their total refund amount as BFC will be liable & invoiced for those. The club also uses registration fees to pay for ground hire, lighting, equipment, equipment maintenance, general administration purposes.
