REGISTRATION FOR THE 2024 BENTSTIX WINTER HOCKEY SEASON IS NOW OPEN.

To complete registration please click 'register' (new players) or 'renew' (returning 2023 players), complete the form and select the registration type that suits you. 

The costs of playing are defined in the Bentstix Fees Schedule Policy and Procedures. See attached below.

All players need to pay, at a minimum, the following to take to the pitch:

Full NSW Hockey and local association registration fee (includes personal insurance) $197.21

Bentstix Hockey Club Membership (gives access to training and covers club insurance) $140

Total $337.21

Players will need to select their chosen payment method for fees and pay their club membership as they register with Hockey NSW, see below for option. 

New players will additionally need to pay the club joining fees which covers the cost of the club uniform (subsidised) fee $70, ($80 if your team opts to play in rainbow socks). Select this add on at registration.

If you were in financial arrears in 2023 you will need to pay in advance for this season.

Payment options

Early Bird: $490 + NSW Hockey fees $197.21

You can opt to pay the club membership and player fees in full at the start of the season streamlining the financial side of playing hockey. Bentstix offers an early bird deal; payments made by the 22nd March 2024 receive a discount, reducing player fees to $350 (membership is $140 and added on top). Select 'Early Bird Full Fees'.

Instalments: $140 + player fees paid in instalments totalling $415 + NSW Hockey fees $197.21

Players wishing to pay the full club player fees by instalments should select 'Membership and Full Fees - pay in installments', They will be required to first pay their club membership ($140) and registration and then pay:

•  $250 of player fees by May 1st 2024  

• Final instalment of $165 by June 1st 2024

Casual: $140 + $40 per game + NSW Hockey fees $197.21

Players wishing to play casual should select 'Membership and Casual Player Fees'. They will first be required to pay their club membership ($140) then they will be invoiced on a pay and you play basis during the course of the season. Players playing over 50% of matches will be invoiced for the remaining full player fees.

Early bird goalie fees: $390 + NSW Hockey fees $197.21

Only players who play the full season in goal should select this option.

Goalie fees: $450 + NSW Hockey fees $197.21

Only players who play the full season in goal should select this option.

Early bird exec and coaches fees: $315 + NSW Hockey fees $197.21

Only players appointed to these roles should select this payment option.

Exec and coaches fees: $345 + NSW Hockey fees $197.21

Only players appointed to these roles should select this payment option.

The men's season starts on the 6th April and the women's season starts on the 7th April 2024.
