2022 Annual General Meeting
Our AGM is due to be held here at the stadium on Wednesday, August 31st 2022 at 7.00pm.

As per the requirements of the Club Constitution please contact the Secretary by August 10th if you have items of special business (e.g. Best Club person nomination, Life Membership nomination, request to amend Club Rules, etc) for the AGM.
Nominations for the 2022/23 committee need to be submitted to the Secretary by August 17th 2022.
Nominations are also open for the Best Club Person of 2021/22. see attached form for details. To allow committee to consider nominations the Best Club Person nominations are required by 10th August 2022.
Completed committee nominations are able to left with the Grade Supervisors at the Stadium Office. If only one nomination is received by 17th August that nomination will win the position nominated. If multiple nominations are received and election will be held at the AGM. Any vacant positions (i.e. no nominations) will be open to nominations on the night of the AGM.
We need to have a quorum of players from all grades attend this meeting to enable the club to complete its legal requirements.
All positions on the committee are declared vacant at the AGM. Under the Club rules all existing Committee are eligible to re-nominate. If anyone is interested in standing for the committee, could they please complete the nomination form.
Note it is a requirement that all nominees for the Committee be 18 years old at the time of the AGM.
Please consider nominating for the committee and please note the date of the AGM and make the effort to attend this meeting.
