The mid-year stage rehearsal is an opportunity for each team to perform together on stage at Ulumbarra Theatre, giving them a taste of what will happen at competitions when coaches and assistants are not allowed to help them.

For our younger and new competitors it can be a little daunting so I coaches like to make it a very positive and fun experience.​

The lights are turned off in the theatre during rehearsals and all people watching must remain seated whilst the music is on.

What to wear? Black leotard only (black crossover top is optional), hair pulled up off the face into a bun. No make-up or costumes are required.
