The Freearm Frenzy is an opportunity for each team to perform their Freearm routine on stage at Strathdale Hall, giving each team the opportunity to see what the other teams have been working on.​

For our younger and new competitors it is a great chance to have their first taste of performing on stage, so their first competition isn't so daunting.

We begin the night with a whole of club warm up with all age groups joining in together and showing our guest audience.

​What to wear? Black leotard only (black crossover top is optional), hair pulled up off the face into a bun. No make-up or costumes are required.
