BLAC offers the traditional program for under 6 (children born 2021) through to under 17’s (children born 2010) with a rotating program of 5 events completed each meet. These age groups run from 8.45am through until approximately 10.30am each week. Uniforms for the u6-17's are $48.
BLAC also offers a Tiny Tots program for children born 2022 and 2023 which will be offered on Saturday mornings. The Tiny Tots will participate in a games and activities based program which teaches the basics of running, throwing and jumping in a fun way, and run for approximately 45 minutes each week. Fees for the Tiny Tots are discounted for the second half of the season. Uniforms for the Tiny Tots are $15. The Tiny Tots groups are each run by a Junior Coach, with full parental participation. Younger siblings are most welcome (including those in prams!).
Please note that the uniform t-shirts, worn with any black bottoms, are compulsory for all athletics from week 4.
BLAC also offer optional training sessions with a different focus each week, details to be provided closer to the season commencement.
BLAC offers financial assistance towards membership fees and uniform fees for a limited number of athletes. If you would like to enquire about financial assistance please contact registrar@belconnenathletics.org.au
