                      ALL OTHER REGISTRATIONS

1. NEW MEMBERS

  • If you have NOT registered for softball before,  click "NEW MEMBER" below and complete the online form.

2. RETURNING MEMBERS

  • If you have been a member before and were registered in the revSPORT system, you will need your Softball ID number. Once you have that, you can follow the link for "RETURNING MEMBERS" and complete your online registration.
  • If you do not know your Softball ID number, please EMAIL  bearssoftballclub@outlook.com .
  • If you register without your Softball ID number, you may create a duplicate record and you might pay more for registration than you need to.

3. DO YOU WANT A CLEARANCE?

  • If you wish to CHANGE CLUBS PERMANENTLY and register with BEARS, you will need to get a CLEARANCE.from your previous CLUB
  • To get a CLEARANCE and change your club to BEARS, continue below by clicking on RETURNING MEMBER. (You will need your SOFTBALL ID NUMBER -contact your previous Club)  The system will recognise that you are registering for a club other than your PREVIOUS CLUB, and start the process for a  CLEARANCE.
  • Once APPROVED, you will receive an email to complete registration and pay fees at your NEW CLUB -BEARS

4. DO YOU WANT A PERMIT ?

  • If you don't want to change from BEARS,  but wish to play for another club in addition to BEARS, you need a PERMIT.
  • To get a PERMIT you must be registered for BEARS FIRST. Then click on RETURNING MEMBER for the other Club you are playing for under PERMIT (You will need your SOFTBALL ID NUMBER) ***** If you do not know your Softball ID number, please EMAIL  bearssoftballclub@outlook.com .
  • NOTE:-If you are asked for a CLEARANCE and you want a PERMIT,  it means you have not renewed with your BEARS in the current season.
  • Renew your membership with your BEARS first then register with your PERMIT CLUB as a RETURNING MEMBER. The system will recognise that you are registered  with BEARS  and start the process for a  PERMIT.
  • Once APPROVED, you will receive an email to complete registration in the PERMIT CLUB and pay any fees if applicable
