Active & Creative Kids Voucher

The NSW Active & Creative Kids Voucher may be used  for registration costs with Bears Softball Club as we are a registered activity provider

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR

ACTIVE & CREATIVE KIDS VOUCHER HOLDERS

PRIOR TO REGISTERING FOR BEARS SOFTBALL CLUB 

Voucher holders MUST notify us at bearssoftballclub@outlook.com and include the following details

• Voucher Number OR screenshot of QR code (NEW)

• Child's Name

• Date of Birth

• Value Amount

1. Once these details have been received and confirmed, a link will be emailed to you to complete your Bears Softball Club online registration.

2. When completing your Bears Softball Club registration online, you will also be prompted to enter the unique Active & Creative Kids Voucher number provided for each individual child.

3. The remaining fee balance  must be made at the time of registration
