Winner of A goes straight through to Grand Final in two weeks time. Loser of A plays Winner of B the following week. Loser of B is eliminated.

Bottom 4 teams will play off for 5th through to 8th place - 5v8 (C) and 6v7 (D).
Winner of C will play Winner of D and Loser of C will play Loser of D the following week.
