A special meeting of the Bathurst Pan Dragons will be held on Sunday, 11 February 2024, in the shed after paddling.  The purpose of the meeting is to make changes to the definitions section of the constitution (Clause 2.1).  The wording of the changes are in the attached agenda set out as a draft resolution.

If you are unable to attend the meeting in person you can vote by proxy by emailing your vote to me at duryfm@gmail.com advising your vote for both draft resolutions.
