This process must be completed before taking the field, and also before registration for tournaments such as Junior Country Championships. This registration includes personal accident insurance coverage.
Please note: Each member must be registered individually and paid separately.
Note that club fees are paid separately and are in addition to the fees paid during this registration process.
2025 club fees are still to be confirmed and communicated with members. Club fees include Hockey Ballarat competition and umpire payments and a contribution to the club's running costs.
Club fees will be paid directly into the club's bank account.
