What to Expect: Hear from our Bacchus Marsh Running Club coaches with over 30 years of training, racing and coaching experience, who will share with you their knowledge and insights into improving running technique, agility and speed for improved performance.
Hands-On Training: Participate in practical sessions where you can learn new techniques and skills.
Networking Opportunities: Connect with other team coaches, fitness trainers and running enthusiasts, share experiences, and build a supportive community.

Since the inception of the Bacchus Marsh Running Club, the training principles used by the coaches have been instrumental in helping participants to:
· Improve their running technique, agility and efficiency for improved fitness, performance and reduce the likelihood of injury.
· Achieve numerous senior athletics PBs, podiums & records and junior PBs and state & region podiums.
· Realise their dream of competing at the Stawell Gift, qualifying for 100m/400m finals and winning the Little Athletics 400m handicap.
· Being selected in AFL umpiring talent pathways.
· Being selected in AFL talent league pathways, and then being drafted to the AFLW.
· Realise their dream of competing as a professional triathlete.
