The Bacchus Marsh Running Club offers group training session options that includes a mix of running technique drills, agility hurdles, speed ladders, cone acceleration & speed drills and agility fitness testing.
Running technique, speed, agility, balance and acceleration are all vital skills and strengths for athletes and teams looking for improved performance.
Running technique, agility hurdles and cone drills develop quicker muscles, stronger legs and core muscles. This equates to quicker acceleration, direction changes, better agility and more speed.
What to Expect
Our Athletics Australia recreational running coaches with over 30 years of training, racing and coaching experience, will share their knowledge and insights into improving running technique, agility and speed for improved performance.
Group Training Session Options
· Option 1 - running technique, agility hurdles and speed endurance
· Option 2 - running technique, plyometrics and speed endurance
· Option 3 - running technique, speed cones and speed endurance
· Option 4 – running technique and agility fitness testing
Cost - $120.00 (includes 10 participants) and $35.00 for each additional 5 participants thereafter.
