We’re thrilled to announce the return of the Bacchus Marsh Running Club summer season training sessions on Monday, 7th October from 5:30pm at the Masons Lane athletics track, then every Monday and Wednesday thereafter.
Whether your goal is to improve your health, well-being or you aspire to be a better athlete, then these sessions are perfect for you.
Since the inception in 2013, the training principles used at these sessions have been instrumental in helping participants to achieve their dreams to compete as a professional in their chosen sport and other's to be selected in the AFL umpiring and AFL talent league pathways, and then being drafted to the AFLW. No matter your goal, these sessions have got you covered.
The sessions include regular technique and agility drills using hurdles, cones and slalom poles to enhance speed and coordination. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to improve your health, well-being and fitness.
