The Bacchus Marsh Running Club (BMRC) Wednesday session takes place at the Masons Lane Reserve from 5:30 - 6:30pm, meet at the Eastern oval with the floodlights.

Summer Season (1st Oct – 31st March) - Front straight of athletics track
Winter Season (1st April – 30th September) – Eastern Oval (oval with floodlights and goal posts)
Focus: Technique, Agility, Strength & Fitness
Suitable for all abilities aged 12+
Run Leaders: Paul & Sam
Prospective members are welcome to come and try any BMRC sessions for a 2 week period before deciding if they would like to join the club.
