Training
The club regularly holds training sessions on Wednesdays between February and September out at Park 12 in the University Parklands in North Adelaide. The sessions focus on general fitness, basic touch-skills, game-play strategies and tactics and practice gameplay. Some example drills and skills can be found on our Facebook page. Our coaches ensure that both beginners and experienced players will benefit from these sessions.
Touch Football Australia (TFA) also has a lot of handy tips for beginners here
