Adelaide University Taekwondo enjoyed great success at the quarterly Grading Examination held on Sunday 5^th June 2022.  Several of our members were promoted to higher grades in a comprehensive examination in front of Master Instructor Vernon Low.

Special congratulations need to go to Aidan Cibich and Onnie Chan, who were both awarded double promotions from 10^th kup to 8^th kup.  This is a highly significant achievement, as this is only the second and third time that Master Instructor Vernon Low has ever awarded a double promotion (with the previous occasion also an Adelaide University Taekwondo Club member). This almost unheard of event demonstrates the high standard of our AU Taekwondo members and reflects extremely well on our Club.  Aidan and Onnie have both trained consistently since joining the Club in early 2022 and in that time have developed excellent technique and understanding of the Art, and their hard work and commitment was clearly demonstrated in their examination success.  

Congratulations must also go to Conor Barry, who also achieved an excellent grading result, and was promoted from 4^th kup to 3^rd kup.

The Adelaide University Taekwondo Club is extremely proud of the achievements of all our members and wish them well as they enter the next phase of their training.
