After you have bought membership, you must buy entry prior to a session. Due to processing fees on our website, we encourage you to buy entry through us at the venue by card beforehand - we will have a Square reader available at every session. If it's more convenient, you're welcome to purchase entries directly on the website, though we ask you consider purchasing multiple sessions at a time so that our club pays less in fees. If you would like to purchase entry into all sessions (in bulk), you can do so by purchasing all entries for Semester 1 and/or 2, for a discounted $5/session.
Please note that we do not accept cash. If you are unable to pay using a card, let us know by email and we will try to accomodate you.
Our club also has a refund policy outlined below:
All membership and training registrations are sold subject to the following conditions.
- There are no refunds on membership fees or training registrations due to change of mind. At its discretion, the Committee may approve individual refunds on a case-by-case basis after receiving a written request by email at swimming@adelaideunisport.com.au. The outcome of the request will be advised by return email.
- In some situations, the Club may need to cancel a training session. In these cases, refunds or rebookings will be provided to all members who have purchased entry to that session.
- If a member cannot attend a session they have booked into, they may make a request to the Committee by email or in person to rebook into a different training session in the same calendar year. This does not apply to Term and Semester passes.
- Where a refund is approved, the refund will be provided excluding transaction fees.
- The Committee reserves the right to consider refunds for any fees or payments made to the Club. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us by email.
