Team Australia 1 & 2 truly #sentit

Our two Aussie teams, under the banner of Team Australia, took on the massive 1000mile challenge with both teams covering themselves with glory, finishing 1st and 2nd on the podium.

Pete and Bailey Skewes showcased that fortune favours the bold, making the tactical decision to take a good ol short cut and sail over sand bars to leapfrog the opposition into 2nd place during the final legs.

Brett Burvill and Max Puttman, followed up their 2023 RAID Worlds victory with a dominant display to win the 2024 Worrell 1000 event.

Proud as punch to have both teams at the top of this fleet, and to add to the Australian flavour, they were sailing on Australian designed and built platforms and sails.
