WAG Clubs Update

Good Morning WAG Clubs,

I hope you are all well and getting ready to go back into the gym for the start of Term 3!

Gymnastics SA and the WAG SMC are working closely to get events / competitions back for the rest of 2020. We have had some club feedback to have events for WAG. We would like your feedback on how many athletes you have and if you will enter. We are trying to work through all the logistics to have a safe event for all. I am working on updating the entry forms for you all. I will let you know when they are ready.

We have the Level 3-5 State Challenge coming up on 12-13 September with a Superhero Theme. We would like to know how many people are thinking of attending as we need to know numbers for venue size and if we can allow spectators with the amount of athletes entering.

We are also looking into a Level 6-10 State Challenge which is tentatively on the 21-22 November. This is the same weekend of the WAG Accelerated Squad Training, we will coordinate the Challenge and Squad training.

Finally, the Level 1-2 State Challenge now has a theme! We are adding a Disney Theme for the Level 1-2 State Challenge, we will have some novelty awards for costume etc.
