The Club assists GSA Staff by "Re-Configuring the Gym" post Competitions and are rewarded by GSA with some monetary reward, which contributes to our venue hire cost, allows us to have a comp squad training session post comps on Sunday Nights, and provides some "thank you" reward for those assisting.
The more helpers the easier and quicker the task is completed (max 1.5 hrs for complex events).

Typical Tasks:  Something for everyone :-)
  Clean and foldup portable seating,
  Relocate portable seating safety rails,
  Undo, and redo harness ropes to allow crane to traverse the length of the pit.
  Mop up any spills from Audience.
  Relocate Pit P Bars, and all padded edging for pit (A to R)
  Return Pit Bar spotting platforms (3) to approx position, and bolting to the floor when floor covering stacked away..

At the same time, if it was a "WAG Double Rotation":
  Takedown 2nd Ubars, store in NE corner of Venue .. including all Shackles and Chains unless required for High Bar Re-Setup.
  Re-Setup Highbar.

  Re-Establish Pommel area matting and pommels/mushrooms etc.
  Re- lay velcro strips, and squares around the pommel area.
  Remove and stack Pit Covers, to the north wall off-venue,  using crane (note extra safety guidance).
  Re-Erect Pit Highbar and Single Ubar Rail.

Time permitting assist GSA Staff/SMC/Event organisers/future users: by tidying up and returning venue/miscellaneous equipment to the "Training" configuration.
Lockup/closeup as per normal training session.
