AUGC Terms of Entry
Our club's aims and policies require all attendees to maintain an environment that is child/family-friendly and safe. e.g.
- Avoid being with a child in an isolated or unobserved situation.
- Do not use the Boy's and Girls' Toilets at Koorana, use the central “Unisex/Mobility access Toilet” when children present.
- Do not take pictures or videos when children are present. (this is in addition to our pre-consent policy regarding social media etc).
- Only enter the apparatus area when finishing sessions depart i.e. children have left or moved into the foyer .. this may mean starting a little later than programmed.
- if the locker area is being used by children, locating our bags near the wall bars is likely a preferred option.
- When arriving and departing sessions, endeavour to congregate and move as a group, allowing children, parents, and their coaches, maximum space to overwatch their sessions and depart in a relaxed unthreatening environment.
