We welcome you all to attend our annual general meeting on Saturday the 27th from 3pm onwards, in the eSports clubroom.
The event will be catered and we'll host a few games to round out the formal activities.
At the AGM you'll hear the president's speech, financial details of the club, as well as the opportunity to volunteer as a committee member for the 2024/25 season.
This holds many opportunities in training, looks great on your resume, and you get to have a great time organising and playing games for the club!
If you are interested in volunteering, please keep an eye out for the nominations in future, and be advised that you must be a current club member to nominate and vote.
As a reminder, the club primarily communicates through our server on Discord, where we will present further details about the AGM as they are confirmed.
The self-nomination form can be found at the end of this site, and should be filled out either digitally or physically, and submitted prior to Thursday the 25th, 5pm.
