Athletics North Queensland is hosting a Pole Vault Clinic on the 6th of February in Townsville. This clinic is for athletes 11 above to experience the thrill of pole vault. 

The clinic will cover the following areas to assist attending athletes, teachers and coaches: 

• Pole Vault Drills (on grass and on the runway) 
• Running and Jumping Drills 
• Strength and Flexibility training 
• Technique 
• Competition and Training planning 

The clinic will start held between 8am -12pm on Sunday 6th February 2022.  

This clinic is open to athletes who never have experienced pole vaulting as well as those already training in the sport. 

Cost:  $10 per person athlete. Teachers, coaches, volunteers can attend and do not need to register.
