Do you live in or around the Mackay area?   Are you keen on doing some sprint training on the school holidays?  Did you make it to the MDSS trials?  If you answered "yes" to any of these come on down and learn some new sprint skills.   Athletics North Queensland has teamed up with David Lester for a Speed Clinic over the school holidays.   This clinic will be open to anyone aged 11 years to open who would like to improve their speed and knowledge in the sprint events.  Athletes will cover warm-ups, stretching, drills, phases of sprinting and block work.  

DAY AND TIME:  Saturday 10th July - 9:00am - 11:00am

COST: - $5 per session

All activities will be held at Mackay Aquatic and Recreation Complex (MARC).

WHAT TO BRING:  Please bring your joggers, exercise mat or towel, foam roller/tennis balls, sunscreen, hat and water.
