These workshops have been created for junior, beginner and intermediate WAG and GfA coaches. We will address key aspects of a gymnastics class, along with skill development, progressions and spotting techniques for skills in the Beginner and Intermediate Coaching Matrix.

Bookings are essential and spaces are limited. Please RSVP to Simone at simonedotwalker@gmail.com, either by having your coaches respond for themselves or by providing me with the names of those attending from your club.

The cost of these workshops will be $40 for the day. This can be paid one of two ways;

1. Directly to Aspire Gymnastics when participants arrive (cash or EFT)

2. Invoiced to your gym for all your coaches participating, must be organized prior to workshops.

 

These workshops have been sanctioned by Gymnastics NSW, meaning that coaches attending will receive updating points.

 

Information for coaches attending;

- Please wear comfortable clothing as workshops may involve active participation and demonstration.

- We will have a half hour break in the middle so bring along a snack if you like!

- Please bring something to take notes and a drink bottle.

- Your Tech ID # will be required to receive your updating points, please have this number when you sign in.
