Suitable for Beginners or those who have completed KinderRec. Ages 5-7yrs.
The class focuses on the fundamental movement skills that will help gymnasts learn the basic skills of gymnastics. The games and activities encourage kids to work with others, cooperate and build self-esteem.
Participants can take part in optional Term 2 and Term 4 club competitions in order to assess their progress and move up classes.
