Suitable for Beginners or those who have completed Kinder Rec or Gymfun. Ages 5-12yrs
The class focuses on skills involving the trampolines, air track and floor. Basic foundational skills are taught including jumping, cartwheels, handstands, forward and backward rolls.
*Club & Local competitions are optional. Gymnasts learn set routines on big tramp, air track and single mini tramp in order to enter/participate in LEVEL 1. To progress into the next level an assessment is needed.
