About Our Competitions

Our competitions are designed to foster an exciting competition series, aiming to assist in your skill development, and a love for the sport. Here’s a quick overview of what to expect:

• Qualifier Events: We have different divisions based on age and skill level, ensuring that everyone can compete fairly and enjoy the experience. Each State as a specific number of qualifiers. There will be a minimum number of qualifiers you will need compete in to advance to State Titles.  
• State Titles: Riders will participate in a State Title within their State. They cannot compete in another State’s State Title event. The top 10 riders from each age category, will advance to the ASA National Championships that will be in Queensland in 2025.
• Out of State Qualifiers: If you find yourself out of town and there is a qualifier in that State, you can attend it and have that be included in your minimum to advance to your State Titles.

Registration Information 

To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please take note of the following policies:

1. Registration Fees: All registration fees must be paid in full prior to your 1^st qualifier. You may approach your State Rep for special consideration if you are unable to pay the registration fees beforehand (these will be considered case by case and kept confidential).
2. Policies of the ASA: The Code of Conduct, the Rider Guidelines, Concussion Policy and the Bullying & Harassment Policy must be read prior to payment. Any breaches of these policies throughout the Season may result in disqualification. We emphasize sportsmanship and respect. All members are expected to uphold our values both on and off the skatepark.
3. Attendance at our Competitions: Is it a requirement of all riders to attend sign-in prior to the event. These times will be varying, depending on events. The ASA will endeavour to keep all riders up to date via Instagram and Facebook.
4. Parent Involvement: We encourage parents to get involved! Whether it’s helping out with the events or cheering from the sidelines, your support makes a difference.
