Sessions will be run by:

Stuart Dempster – 25+ years coaching, Sprints and Hurdles specialist, has coached several athletes to break national records and believes much of his success is due in part to the fact that he listens to the athlete and works collaboratively with them.

Hans Tiller - 35 years coaching experience and was a marathon runner himself. Distance running and Steeplechase specialist.

Max Debnam - Over 60 years coaching experience, with over 100 athletes, including over 25 internationals, served as national coach on dozens of Australian teams, a leading and sort-after lecturer for coaching courses domestically and internationally, published author on coaching, head coach Hunter Academy of Sport and newspaper columnist.
