Please arrive at 9:00 AM Saturday 27th May at Gilwell Park Scout Camp (Address: Gembrook-Launching Pl Rd, Gembrook VIC 3783). There will be signage along Gembrook-Launching Place Road which will direct you to the correct entrance.
Meals will be provided, however please ensure your Aria Star has had breakfast, prior to arrival on Saturday morning, so the hard work can start straight away!
Over the weekend, participants will learn more (and hopefully finish) their competitive items. There is also scheduled crafting, creative activity and team bonding time.
Sunday afternoon, we invite families to watch the Aria Stars as they perform their routines. Our Camp Concert will start 1:30 PM and finish approximately 3:00 PM.
A packing list will be posted on Band closer to date.
An action plan should be given to section coordinators for anaphylaxis or asthma. If there is any medication required we are only allowed to do so with a completed medication form, which will be available from Sharni, our Camp first aider.
