Aria Calisthenics is an all-inclusive club fostering participation, commitment, teamwork and a passion for our unique artistic sport.In a family environment pupils are encouraged to build friendships, skills and self-confidence promoting a healthy active lifestyle.

Aria Calisthenics was established in 2015 by Karyn Frenken & Gwenyth Martens. All classes are conducted at Lilypond House Community Centre, Duncan Drive, Pakenham.

Our qualified coaches all hold current first aid certificates and working with children checks, and are assisted by very dedicated cadets & helpers.

We welcome students of all ages, abilities and experience to come and share our passion for Calisthenics while learning many life skills that will take them along their life journey.
