Sub Juniors are 8-10. Participants in Sub Junior classes build their calisthenics skills and techniqueare and start to compete in state competitions.
Participants are taught a range of dance styles from March and Ballet-based items to routines using apparatus (clubs and rods), strength and flexibility.
