The Albert Park Table Tennis aims to provide an opportunity for everyone to participate in Table Tennis, regardless of their gender, sexuality, age, level of ability or racial and cultural background, and enhance their health and wellbeing.
The club will endeavour to provide a safe and supportive environment to ensure all members and their partners and families can fully participate in and feel part of the club.

Active leadership and committee representation that reflects club membership
Encouragement to people from all areas of the community to join the club
Choice of social and competitive teams
Social activities that take account of cultural considerations and include all members, their partners and families
Modified activities and equipment and other support for participation
Adequate and accessible club facilities and equipment for all members
Training for members to undertake coaching, officiating and other leadership positions
Policies and codes of conduct that make expectations about behaviour clear and emphasise the accountabilities of the club, its members and the broader community
Prompt action to address discrimination and harassment
