This is a chance for those wanting to sweep to get some pre season training in to assit with confidence building on the boat.

There will be a different sweep each Sunday this is on, so it will give you a chance to learn a varity of skills from each sweep while still learning the fundamentals of sweeping a dragon boat.

While there are a number of sweeps wanting to learn, we also need paddlers to to assist with the boat moving so they can learn. this is your chance to help those wanting to learn the art of sweeping bu coming along and paddling.

These are not training sessions for teams, this is just a paddle down the river nothing like training sessions.

While registrations are need this is more so we know who we have coming along to paddle!!
