Crews of four are coached in coxed quads over five lessons in preperation for a fun regatta on Sunday 9 March.
We need lots of people to assist with coaching crews (from the cox seat). Training can start any time that suits everyone.
This replaces normal LTR from Dec - March.
The cost is $200 per person with an earlybird special of $150 before December.
