The Albany Athletics Club is a running and athletics community for everyone. We are a welcoming and friendly club that connects people of all ages and abilities. We build a sense of belonging and community through being supportive, social and inclusive. Behaviour that goes against those values will not be tolerated.
Volunteer sustainability. By becoming a member of the club, you agree to help the club and volunteer from time to time.

Our 2024-2025 athletics season officially kicks off on Saturday 12 October 2024 with the Summer Track & Field season. The Winter Cross Country season starts up in April 2025. Age mentioned is for the athlete's age by 31 December 2024.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
- Annual SENIOR COMMUNITY Membership = $80.00 (11 years+ for Summer Track & Field season AND Winter Cross Country season). For people who want to join in, run and see what it is all about. You can do one event a week or all of them. Great for youth athletes that enjoyed Little Athletics but don't want to run at States or every week. Or if you are over 30 years of age you might want to go to the Masters Athletics WA State Championships or you might be just looking to stay fit over Summer and be a part of a community. You get to participate in Cross Country too!
- Annual SENIOR STRIVE Membership = $150.00 (11 years+ for Summer Track & Field season AND Winter Cross Country season in Albany. ALSO eligible for Athletics West Summer Strive Program, Winter Program, WA State Track & Field Championships, WA State Cross Country Championships and Team WA selections). This is for Senior Athletes (those not registered with Little Athletics) who want to run every week in Albany, but might also be looking to run at Strive and Athletics West State Championships.
- Annual YOUTH STRIVE DUAL Membership = $50.00 YOU MUST BE REGISTERED WITH ALBANY LITTLE ATHLETICS FOR THIS CLASS. (11 years+ for Summer Track & Field season AND Winter Cross Country season in Albany. MUST be registered Albany Little Athletics member. ALSO eligible for Athletics West Summer Strive Program, Winter Program, WA State Track & Field Championships, WA State Cross Country Championships and Team WA selections). Albany Athletics Club makes $0 from this membership - so we'd love if you buy some merch, help out where you can and maybe come to some social events with your family when we have them.
- Annual LIFE Membership = $FREE (must be elected Life Member for Summer Track & Field season AND Winter Cross Country season)
- Annual COMMITTEE Membership = $FREE (must be current committee member who will be volunteering ONLY)
- Annual COACH Membership = $FREE (16 years+ registered coach who will be coaching ONLY during 2023-2024 athletics season)
SUMMER TRACK & FIELD MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
- Summer TRACK & FIELD SENIOR Membership = $70 (11 years+ for Summer Track & Field season ONLY). For people who want to join in, run, jump or throw and see what it is all about. You can do one event a week or all of them. Great for youth athletes that enjoyed Little Athletics but don't want to run at States or every week. Or if you are over 30 years of age you might want to go to the Masters Athletics WA State Championships or you might be just looking to stay fit over Summer and be a part of a community.
WINTER CROSS COUNTRY MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
- Winter CROSS COUNTRY Senior Membership = $65.00 (11 years+ for Winter Cross Country season ONLY. **See note below)
- Winter CROSS COUNTRY Junior Membership = $65.00 (6 - 16 years old for Winter Cross Country season ONLY. **See note below)
** Registered Albany Little Athletics members can apply a Discount Code for CROSS COUNTRY MEMBERSHIP to receive $50.00 OFF the full registration fee which means the total fee payable is $15.00 ONLY.
- Winter CROSS COUNTRY FAMILY Membership = $130.00 (6 years+ for Winter Cross Country season ONLY. For a Family with up to 2 Adults and 3 Children. Please contact the Albany Athletics Club directly via email at albanyaths@hotmail.com to enquire about the Family Membership as it is NOT YET available online)
CASUAL MEMBERSHIP OPTION
For visiting athletes you DO NOT need to register online. You can pay a CASUAL Membership = $10 for first visit and $5 for further visits which MUST be paid on the day of the event and covers you for a one (1) day visitor pass to participate in the event(s) held by the Club during our Summer Track & Field season (11 years+) and Winter Cross Country season (6 years+)
