- this will be a good social outing for our own  club, promote fitness in our members, raise money for a good cause and support another small local sporting group. Not to mention good publicity for AHC!

Come along to Our House 149 Laurel Ave Lismore on Monday 8th October for a 5km run or walk and join in the fun.
