Sydney Acers are thrilled to introduce the Premier Head Coaches for the 2025 season! These exceptional leaders will guide our premier teams throughout the year as we continue to elevate our club to new heights.

 

Women’s Premier Head Coach: Lewis Jupp

We’re excited to welcome Lewis Jupp as the Head Coach of our Women’s Premier Team. Lewis is a seasoned indoor and beach volleyball player, having competed in the AVL (now AVSL) and the ABVT (Australian Beach Volleyball Tour). A Level 3 Associate Coach, Lewis is passionate about helping athletes grow, compete, and reach their goals.

With over four years of experience coaching in the state program, Lewis recently led the NSW U23 Women’s team to a gold medal victory at the Junior National Championships.

 

Men’s Premier Head Coach: Jorge Alvarez

We’re proud to have Jorge continuing as the Head Coach of our Men’s Premier Team. With more than 15 years of coaching experience, Jorge has made a profound impact not only on the performance of our premier players but also on the culture and development of the entire ACERS community.
