SkateNSW Artistic State & Elementary Championships 2016

Registration portal for all Officials and Volunteers able to attend the SkateNSW Artistic State Championships and Elementary Championships.

 

Officials

In order to register and receive a Officiating Area Pass, Officials must:

- be a Skate Australia Member*

- an Artistic Accredited Official (or a Student Official working with a Mentor)

- be WWCC** verified (or Interstate equivalent for visiting Officials) as required (Referees and Mentors) or provide a signed "Do I need a Working With Children Check" form.

In order to allocated Officials correctly, please indicate each of the disciplines you are available for, and note any conflicts where you would not be available.

 

Volunteers

In order to be covered by Skate Australia Insurance, Volunteers must:

- Register for this Event as a Volunteer

- be WWCC** verified as required (Marshals and First Aiders) or provide a signed "Do I need a Working With Children Check" form.

In order to allocated Volunteers correctly, please indicate the disciplines you are available for, and note any conflicts where you would not be available.

 

* You will require your membership log in details, please contact sdo@skatensw.org.au if you do not have these.

** Participants that have yet to provide SkateNSW with their WWCC number must complete and sign the attached "Do I need a Working With Children Check" form.
